The Rocky Mountain RoughRiders beat the Wenatchee Wild 1-0 in their fifth game of the NAPHL Showcase in Blaine, MN. The RoughRiders scored the lone goal in the first period. The RoughRiders out shot the Wild 21-11 for the game.
Both teams came into the game with 3-1-0 records. The Wild's only loss came at the hands of the DC Capitals (3-1-0) in their second game of the showcase. The RoughRiders only loss was in their first game against the Pittsburgh Viper Stars (2-2-0). With the victory over the Wild, the RoughRiders improved to 4-1-0 in the NAPHL.
