The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) season resumes this week, with its second event of the year taking place from Oct. 21-24 in San Jose, Calif.
All Midget Major, Midget Minor and Western Bantam Major programs will compete at the showcase, which will run from Oct. 21-24 at Sharks Ice-San Jose.
“After hosting a successful Championship Tournament Series last year, we’re excited to return to San Jose,” said NAPHL director Denny Scanlon. “We’re anticipating a competitive, entertaining week of hockey.”
After the season’s first event held in Minnesota last month, the Indiana Jr. Ice holds the lead in the 18U division; Omaha AAA, Thunder AAA and the California Titans are tied atop the 16U division standings; and the Rocky Mountain Roughriders have the lead in the 14U division.
All games at the San Jose event will be broadcast live over the Internet through FASTHockey.com.
