The
Texas Tornado U18 team handed the
Rocky Mountain RoughRiders their second loss in NAPHL league play. The outcome was disappointing as the RoughRiders had an opportunity to win its sixth straight league game. It was not to be. The RoughRiders gave up three goals in the second period and were never able to establish any kind of control in the game. The Tornado out shot the RoughRiders 21-20 in the game and scored the final goal into an empty net.
The RoughRiders fall to 5-2-0 in the NAPHL and the Tornado raise their record to 3-5-0. The RoughRiders will play two games on Saturday. The first will be against the Boston Jr. Rangers and the second will be against the Detroit Falcons.
