CAHA League Play: RoughRiders 2 Rampage 2

The Rocky Mountain RoughRiders U18 team had not played an NAPHL or CAHA game since October 24. However, they have been on the ice working hard at becoming a better hockey team. They played a strong game on Friday, November 12 at home against the Rampage, showing little, if any rust.

After a scoreless first period in this well played hockey game, the RoughRiders tallied the first goal followed by a Rampage goal three and a half minutes later. The second period would end with the score tied at 1-1. The Rampage took the lead and held a 2-1 advantage until the RoughRiders scored with 2:26 left in the game.

The game ended in a 2-2 tie with the Rampage outshooting the RoughRiders 38-31. Both teams will face off on Saturday in their final CAHA league game against each other this season.
