U18 RoughRiders Win 6-2 Over The Milwaukee Jr. Admirals

Kansas City, MO - The U18 Rocky Mountain RoughRiders bounced back from the 2-1 loss to the Chicago Fury in a big way. The RoughRiders beat the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals 6-2 this Saturday morning in Tier 1 Elite Hockey League (T1EHL) play. Each team scored a goal apiece in the first period. The RoughRiders scored three goals in the second and held a 4-1 lead going into the third period. The RoughRiders added two more goals in the third period while the Jr. Admirals added one. Rudy Junda scored the RoughRiders last three goals of the game and recorded the first hat trick of the season for the team. The RoughRiders out shot the Jr. Admirals 30-25 and both teams had just two penalties during the game. Jonathon Loeffler was in net for the RoughRiders stopping 28 of 30 shots for the game.

Next up for the U18 RoughRiders will be the St. Louis Amateur Blues on Saturday evening. They finish up this weekend in Kansas City with a Sunday game against the Madison Capitals.

The RoughRiders improved their overall record to 3-1-1 and stand at 1-1-0 in T1EHL play.
