U18 RoughRiders Fall 2-1 To The Chicago Fury

Kansas City, MO - The U18 Rocky Mountain RoughRiders dropped it's first Tier 1 Elite Hockey League (T1EHL) game of the season to the Chicago Fury on Friday night in Kansas City. The Fury scored both of their goals in the first period in this fast paced game. The RoughRiders scored their only goal in the third period. The Fury out shot the RoughRiders for the game 22-11. Sam Mallory was in net for the RoughRiders stopping 20 of 22 shots. The RoughRiders went to the box three times and the Fury went just once.

Next up for the U18 RoughRiders will be the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals on Saturday morning followed by the St. Louis Amateur Blues on Saturday evening. They finish up this weekend in Kansas City with a Sunday game against the Madison Capitals.

The RoughRiders overall record is now 2-1-1 and 0-1-0 in T1EHL play.
